For real estate, 48–72 hours notice is usually fine. For weddings and events, we recommend booking as soon as your date is confirmed — popular dates fill fast, especially in spring and fall. Commercial projects vary by scope.

Yes. A deposit is required to hold your date. For real estate sessions it's typically $50. For weddings and larger productions it's a percentage of the total. The balance is due on or before the shoot day.

We monitor conditions closely before every shoot. If weather prevents safe flying or affects quality, we'll reschedule at no charge. For real estate, we can often complete interior shots and return for exterior/drone on a better day.

Edited files are delivered via a private download link. Real estate photos are typically delivered within 24–48 hours. Video projects vary by complexity — timelines are agreed upon before your shoot. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Absolutely. We regularly work in the Catskills, Adirondacks, Hudson Valley, and beyond. A travel fee applies for shoots beyond roughly 45 minutes from Cohoes, NY. Just mention your location in the inquiry form and we'll include it in your quote.
