Good to know: All packages include media licensed for MLS listing use. Homes over 3,500 sq ft may be subject to a small square footage surcharge — we'll always let you know upfront. Travel within the Capital Region is included; shoots outside our standard service area may include a small travel fee.
Questions
The number of photos depends on the size and layout of the property. A typical shoot yields 25–50 professionally edited images covering every room, key features, and exterior angles. We always make sure nothing important is missed.
We recommend the property be clean, decluttered, and show-ready. Turn on all interior lights, open blinds, and remove personal items where possible. Staging isn't required, but a well-prepared home always photographs better.
Absolutely. If you book an Essential package and decide you want drone or video added, just let us know before the shoot and we'll adjust. If you've already had the shoot, we may be able to schedule a quick follow-up depending on the add-on.
