Good to know: All flights are conducted under FAA Part 107 regulations. We carry full liability insurance for every flight. Weather-dependent scheduling — if conditions aren't safe, we'll reschedule at no charge. Travel within the Capital Region is included.

Yes — we hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and carry full liability insurance for every commercial flight. We follow all federal and local airspace regulations, including any required waivers or authorizations.
Safety comes first. If wind, rain, or visibility conditions aren't suitable for safe flight, we'll reschedule at no additional cost. We monitor conditions closely and will communicate with you ahead of time if a reschedule is needed.
We can capture aerial footage of events while following FAA guidelines for flight over people. We plan flight paths that capture the full scope of the event while maintaining safe distances and altitudes. We'll work with you and the venue to create a flight plan that gets the shots you need safely.
Absolutely. We shoot both high-resolution stills and cinematic 4K video. Our Commercial and Events package includes video as standard, and it can be added to any project. Video is professionally edited with color grading and music.
For real estate aerials, we can often accommodate same-week bookings. For events and larger commercial projects, we recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance so we can properly plan the flight and secure any necessary airspace authorizations.
